CPAP Connection will accept returns on items that may have a manufacturing defect. You can receive full reimbursement to your account or you can have us send you a replacement product.
We also accept returns on any unopened products within the first 30 days. We will credit the purchase price (less 15% restocking charge) to your account. If you have opened the manufacturer's packaging or used the product, you will not be able to return the product for credit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product, please call us to ensure the items you want to purchase are going to meet your needs and perform to your expectations.
All return items require a return authorization which can be obtained by contacting us through e-mail or by calling our customer service department at 1-888-980-CPAP (2727). Once you obtain a return authorization, please ship it to:

All CPAP, Bi-Level machines and humidifiers come with a two year manufacturer's warranty against any defects. In addition, ResMed masks are covered by a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer and any misuse or abuse of the equipment may void the warranty.
If your CPAP or Bi-Level machine is defective, you must contact us to acquire a warranty return authorization. We will then provide you with shipping instructions and a loaner unit (if requested). Before CPAP Connection will ship you a loaner unit, you must complete and return a Loaner Agreement that we will provide to you upon request.
