Do I need a prescription to order a CPAP machine, Bi-Level machine, humidifier, or mask?

Yes, CPAP machines, Bi-Level machines, humidifiers, and masks require a written prescription signed by a physician licensed to practice in the United States and must be sent to us prior to shipment of your order. Your doctor's prescription should include the following:

  • Your name
  • Type of machine with the prescribed pressure settings
  • Doctor's address and phone number
  • The date the equipment was prescribed
  • Doctor's signature and date signed

It will be necessary to contact your doctor to verify your prescription information and make sure we are shipping you the appropriate product(s).

Do I need a prescription to order tubing, filters, or parts for my mask or CPAP machine?

No, you can order replacement supplies without a written prescription from your doctor. However, if you plan on filing for insurance reimbursement, a prescription will be required by your insurance company.
