We offer a free download service for our patients that have a CPAP or Bi-Level machine that is downloadable via data card. We will provide you with a summary report indicating your apnea events on CPAP or Bi-Level machines along with recommendations, if needed. Your physician may want a copy of your report to determine the effectiveness of your therapy.

Warranty Assistance:

We offer assistance with any warranty issues that may arise on products purchased from CPAP Connection. When you select an authorized internet dealer, you gain the benefit of having the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
