If you are starting CPAP or Bi-Level therapy for the first time, you may have questions about the setup of your equipment. We are available to answer all of your questions. After you receive your equipment, a service representative will contact you by phone or e-mail to ensure that everything is going well and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you again in 1 week's time to make sure everything is continuing to go well. We offer you the option of having a licensed respiratory therapist contact you if you are experiencing problems tolerating CPAP or Bi-Level therapy. The respiratory therapist will assist you in answering all your questions and concerns as well as making recommendation that may help you increase your compliance. This service also offers the option of having your CPAP downloaded by mailing us the data card from your CPAP machine. We will return the card and provide you with a report based on the data downloaded from your machine and include any recommendations that might improve your therapy.
